Please bear in mind our partners make your pieces for you from all over the world. For that reason, please check the specific product's page for shipment details.
Many pieces are made for you upon order as we try to be more intentional with production, where the materials are usually antiques, natural resources and cannot be mass-produced or wasted without demand.
For that reason, we can't accept returns on customized items — but we'd never leave you with something that doesn't fit. Before production, we review your measurements and reach out personally if anything looks off.
For ready-to-ship pieces (those marked "Shipped within a few days"), we welcome exchanges or store credit refund within 7 days. And if a piece ever arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, we'll make it right, always.
