AVTE BARDO — OPERATIONS INTERN

Avte Bardo is a commerce house bringing handcrafted pieces from independent artisans and designers around the world to a global audience. We're growing fast and looking for support with the digital world-building and storytelling side of the brand, as well as our day-to-day operations through the holiday season.
What you'll do
You'll grow into day-to-day e-commerce operations: customer service, brand order fulfillment, and keeping every order on track and on time to meet customer needs and delivery dates. You'll help improve the website experience, from order details to new content, and support our social media, the storytelling and world-building side of the brand.
What you'll gain
You'll learn how to run an e-commerce brand from the inside, working closely with the founder on operations, digital storytelling, and growth.
What we're looking for
- Proficient and comfortable in Shopify and Figma
- Confident drafting customer emails
- Strong attention to detail: as order volume grows, communication between customers and our brand partners needs to be error-free
- Strong communication skills (we touch base ideally 3 times a week)
- Based in New York ideally; remote is possible
