Perlmutte Lapiz Lazuli Ring
READY TO SHIP FROM THE US
DESCRIPTION
In collaboration with Cameron Hill, we made an exclusive Perlmutte Ring design with shells from Australia. All shells are natural so they may have little dents, color changes or texture variants.

Handmade in TAXCO, MEXICO
The ring is made in collaboration with silversmiths from Taxco, Mexico, a region known for its legacy in silver craftsmanship.
CONTEMPORARY SIMPLICITY
Bringing form back to its essence—creating jewelry that feels modern and minimal while still carrying cultural weight.
MADE IN LIMITED QUANTITIES
Each piece is handmade with lost wax casting, an ancient technique in Mexico. We're only able to produce a small quantity each time.
Jewelry can be worn as a memorabilia from a distant time & place, a symbolism of the ever-changing nature of memories. (Photograph taken by designer, Nathalie Martinez).
It all started when I turned sea shells collected from the Rockaway beach into jewelry pieces. Ever since, I’ve been archiving shells from my travels.
I work with artisans from a small town called Taxco, the biggest silvermining town. Sadly, this craft is a dying art - all silversmiths are 60 years old or older.
Odissea was born not only out of my love for creating beauty from nature's spontaneity, but also a greater desire to preserve the silversmithing art in Mexico.
My hope is to eventually build a craft school in Taxco to inspire younger generations to preserve this craft.
