Many pieces are made for you upon order as we try to be more intentional with production, where the materials are usually antiques, natural resources and cannot be mass-produced or wasted without demand.
For that reason, we can't accept returns on customized items — but we'd never leave you with something that doesn't fit. Before production, we review your measurements and reach out personally if anything looks off.
For ready-to-ship pieces (those marked "Shipped within a few days"), we welcome exchanges or store credit refund within 7 days. And if a piece ever arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, we'll make it right, always.
